The package room was completely a mess initially but it’s gotten better now. The front desk is helpful and maintenance is easy to request but takes a while to actually get done.

However, we have had to submit multiple requests for our in-unit dryer to be fixed and it still has not been fixed yet for over 4 weeks.

I love that the gym is open 24 7 as it really gives me a chance to go anytime I want. The common spaces on the first floor as well as the study rooms on my floor provide for a great space to study and relax.
