The Avenue on College Semester-Free Rent Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is offered by Avenue on College (“Sponsor”). By participating, you agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.
By entering, you provide personal information to the Sponsor, which will be used in accordance with applicable privacy policies.
1. Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on October 1st at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern and ends on June 15th at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Administrator’s database will serve as the official timekeeper.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. To claim the prize, the winner must sign a 12-month lease for the August 2026–July 2027 term at Avenue on College. The prize is non-transferable and must be claimed by a resident of Avenue on College. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Sponsor or Administrator, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
No lease or purchase is necessary to enter.
Method 1 – Online Entry
Participants may enter by submitting a completed entry form available on the Avenue on College website https://www.avenueoncollege.com/ or in person at the leasing office.
Entry Limits
Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one semester of free rent at Avenue on College.
5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur after the Entry Period concludes. The winner must meet all eligibility requirements at the time the prize is claimed.
6. Winner Notification and Acceptance
The potential winner will be notified by phone and email within 3 days of the drawing. The winner must respond and comply with all requirements, including signing a lease agreement, within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond or meet eligibility requirements will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s agreement to allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners should consult a tax advisor regarding reporting obligations.
9. Release and Indemnification
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liability, or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the use of any prize.
10. Governing Law / Dispute Resolution
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually, not as part of a class action.
